I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Sonoma County with six years of clinical experience working with kids, teens, adults, and families. I see clients virtually throughout California and in person in Petaluma, California. I've worked across a range of settings including intensive residential treatment, county behavioral health, group practice, and outpatient care, and I bring that breadth of experience into my private practice.

A lot of my clients are kids and teens struggling in ways that don't always have a neat label, and parents who love them and aren't sure how to help. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the moments where something just feels off but is hard to name.

My Approach

My approach is psychodynamic and deeply influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which means we spend time understanding the different parts of you that need to be seen, heard, and understood. I also draw from attachment-based therapy, family systems, somatic approaches, mindfulness, expressive arts, and play therapy. With younger clients especially, I find that healing doesn't always happen through words alone. Sometimes it happens through art, movement, metaphor, or just feeling safe enough to be themselves in the room.

I truly believe my clients are the experts of their own lives. My role is to bring curiosity, compassion, and a calm presence into the room and create a space where you can show up as you are without having to perform or explain yourself. I work holistically, integrating creativity, humor, and authenticity into practice, because I think those things matter just as much as any clinical framework.

I've worked with kids, teens, adults, and families through some of the hardest seasons of their lives, and I take that trust seriously. Whether you're navigating something acute or just have a sense that something isn't quite right, you are welcome here. My hope is that our work together leads to a more expressive, expansive, and integrated version of yourself.
